WinTech is hiring a Technical Writer who is passionate about developer experience and documentation excellence. You will adopt a docs-as-code approach, building tools and processes that integrate documentation into development workflows. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and product teams to produce high-quality documentation for both technical and non-technical users of our SaaS platform.
What You'll Do
- Build custom tools to streamline documentation and generate example code snippets from source for SDK and APIs.
- Create documentation tests and enforce standards.
- Write clear, concise documentation for complex technical concepts and developer workflows.
- Create user guides and help center content for non-technical audiences.
- Build example projects and sandbox environments to enhance the developer learning experience.
- Manage blog content and write product-related articles for the company website.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, specifically with APIs or SDKs.
- Experience with docs-as-code workflows and modern static site generators.
- Strong technical writing skills with a developer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with developer tools, APIs, source code documentation, and markdown-based content workflows.
- Comfortable working with frontend and backend engineers on content generation tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience with the Next.js static site generator.
