NTT DATA is seeking a Technical Writer to specialize in secret management processes. This role is responsible for developing, authoring, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for secret management tools and best practices.
What You'll Do
- Develop, author, and maintain high-quality technical documentation for secret management processes, tools, and best practices.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content and structure documentation for easy navigation and usability for engineering and application teams.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards, security requirements, and platform guidelines.
- Collaborate with PAM and Secret Management teams to gather technical inputs, validate content, and understand workflows, integration points, and dependencies.
What We're Looking For
- 6-9 years of experience in key skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ready to work a 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM shift.
- Flexible to work on client locations in Manyata or EGL, Bangalore.
- Ready to work from the office in a hybrid work environment. Full remote work is not an option.
- Expectation of a full return to office in 2026.
- Ability to provide genuine and digitally signed Form16 for all employments.
- All employment history and details must be present in UAN/PPF statements.
- Candidates must have real work experience on mandatory skills mentioned in the job description.
- Profiles must list the companies which they are having payroll with, not client names as their employers.
- Candidates must be in a 0 to 3 weeks notice period.
- Candidates must be screened for any gaps after education and during employment for genuineness of the reasons.
Work Mode
This role operates in a hybrid work environment based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Full remote work is not an option.
