Sandvik is looking for a Technical Writer to develop high-quality documentation for our industrial equipment, systems, and digital solutions. You will play a key role at the intersection of engineering and communication, translating complex technical information into clear, structured content that supports internal teams and global customers.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain technical documentation in compliance with industry standards and Sandvik’s brand voice.
Translate complex engineering and product information into clear, structured content.
Create spare parts catalogues, manuals, and user documentation.
Work closely with Product Development, Engineering, Aftermarket, and Service teams.
Manage content lifecycle in content management systems.
Ensure documentation supports global safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to digitalization initiatives, such as interactive manuals and smart documentation.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a technical writer.
Interest in industrial technology.
Familiarity with structured authoring, XML and content management systems.
Technical education or background, such as in engineering, technical communication, or a related field.
Strong skills in English.
Curiosity, clarity, and collaboration.
Structure and attention to detail.
Open to new tools, digital ways of working, and emerging technologies such as AI.
Proactive mindset.
Ability to translate complexity into simplicity.

Nice to Have

Experience within manufacturing, mining, or similar technical environments.
Knowledge of Swedish or other languages.
