What You'll Accomplish
- Deliver exceptional support experiences for global customers through multiple communication channels
- Diagnose technical complications across artificial intelligence agents, system integrations, workflows, and prompt behaviors with exceptional precision
- Expedite resolution of critical issues, engaging Product, Engineering, or Quality Assurance teams when necessary
Required Qualifications
- Engineering background or substantial technical expertise
- Minimum 5 years technical customer support experience
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with support platforms like Intercom, Linear, Jira, Github
- Capacity to operate autonomously in remote, high-performance environments
