Support customers using Turnitin's technology suite by diagnosing and resolving technical and general inquiries, primarily through email, with some phone and live chat interaction. You'll ensure users maintain access to systems and experience reliable performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues and guiding users to effective solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams to report, track, and resolve product-related concerns
- Help maintain and translate technical documentation to support multilingual user needs
- Build constructive relationships with clients and contribute to a positive support culture
- Participate in broader team initiatives that improve service delivery and product usability

- Proven experience in technical or customer-facing support roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
