Peek is looking for a friendly and self-motivated Technical Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first line of defense for our activity partners, helping them grow their businesses using our SaaS platform, PeekPro. This full-time, remote position reports to a Team Lead based in the United States.
What You'll Do
- Follow up and see through resolutions on customer inquiries across phone, email, and Helpdesk channels while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Craft informative, timely, and instructional messages in response to product- and tech-related queries.
- Actively participate in team meetings and assist colleagues across the company.
- Represent the voice of our customers internally by sharing feedback through Zendesk processes.
- Learn our rapidly evolving products and contribute suggestions for updating our Helpdesk and templates.
- Meet monthly performance metrics including items processed, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance minimums.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Full-time availability to work 5 consecutive days, which may include a weekend day.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English, with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
- A natural enthusiasm for helping people solve technical problems.
- Patience and the ability to troubleshoot and teach new software to non-tech-savvy partners.
- Ability to work dynamically and adapt without skipping a beat.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Strong deductive reasoning skills to identify the root cause of reported issues.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information about partners and their businesses.
- Consistent, dependable WiFi and a personal, distraction-free workspace.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Spanish.
- An interest in the travel and tourism industry.
- Experience working with Zendesk or other support tooling.
- Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Slack, and/or G-Suite.
