SKELAR is looking for a Technical Support Expert to provide technical support to customers via phone calls. You will follow established guides to resolve issues effectively, ensuring a high standard of service while monitoring incoming requests.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers via phone calls with technical matters in English
- Handle technical requests including password resets, OS reinstalls, and connectivity issues
- Follow all necessary guides to provide quality service
- Work within Ringover and our proprietary CRM software
- Monitor new requests and manage priorities during your shift
What We're Looking For
- Advanced (C1) level proficiency in spoken and written English
Nice to Have
- 6 months+ of experience in a customer support or billing support role
- Experience managing chargebacks
- A good understanding of popular software, online services, and different operating systems
