Kyivstar is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support and administration for our ERP system, Oracle E-Business Suite (OEBS). You will be responsible for system configuration, monitoring, and participating in development projects within a culture that values innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit.

What You'll Do

Provide technical support for the ERP system: Oracle E-Business Suite (OEBS).
Perform system administration, including troubleshooting errors, restoring operations, user management, and fulfilling user requests.
Configure the OEBS system and set up monitoring metrics.
Control system backup execution and submit requests to Oracle Support.
Install and test new patches and updates.
Interact with system developers and control the completion of their assigned tasks.
Participate in system development projects.

What We're Looking For

Knowledge of ERP system principles.
3+ years of experience administering ERP systems.
Experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite.
Deep skills in Oracle DBMS and proficiency in PL/SQL for writing scripts and managing database objects.
Knowledge of a major software product for working with Oracle DB, such as PL/SQL Developer or Toad.
Experience working with Linux OS and bash scripting skills.
Higher technical education in information technology.
English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2) level.
