Sprinto is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert technical assistance to our customers. This remote position, based in India, focuses on resolving complex technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by customers
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer escalations
- Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and report product bugs
- Communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively to customers
