Requirements

  • BSc or MSc degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support and testing of network protocols/telecommunication systems
  • Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi standards, broadband applications, and host stack protocols (IPv4/IPv6/TCP/UDP)
  • Advanced Linux skills and familiarity with database solutions (MySQL, Oracle)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have

  • Experience with 4G/5G technologies, 3GPP specs, field testing, and debugging tools (Wireshark, QXDM)
  • Familiarity with VMware setup and CRM tools for customer support is a plus

Additional Information

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Remote work is not allowed
  • Onsite service work may be required
  • Participation in industry events, trade shows, and technical conferences
