What You'll Do
- Provide technical assistance to customers.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Italian (native) and English (advanced).

- Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving.
Nice to Have
- Training or experience in IT technologies and products, especially in Cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, Sharepoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows.
