Tasks:

Technical Support increasingly represents a crucial customer service component. As a team member, you'll provide remote technical and diagnostic support across our Point of Care/Molecular, Transfusion Medicine, Clinical Laboratories product ranges and automation systems, assisting customers via email and telephone.
Responsibilities include:
- Investigating and managing customer complaints regarding chemistry, equipment, and software
- Participating in on-call rotations
- Maintaining technical competence and company procedure knowledge
- Working independently and collaboratively
- Contributing to process improvements
- Attending affiliate meetings on-site or via conference calls
Requirements:
Ideal candidates possess:
- Medical laboratory technologist, biomedical, or life sciences background
- Advanced degree in Chemistry, Biology, Science, Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering
- Computer networking skills preferred
- Enthusiasm for emerging technologies
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
- Fluency in Italian and Spanish; English desirable
