We are looking for a Technical Solution Consultant to join our Patent Intelligence Search & Analytics (PISA) team. In this role, you'll be the critical bridge between our cutting-edge products and potential customers. Your mission? Craft compelling product demonstrations, decode complex client needs, and design tailored solutions that not only meet but exceed business objectives. Think of yourself as part technical expert, part strategic advisor, and full-time problem solver. About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, product management, professional services, or an intellectual property role working directly with customers It would be great if you also had... • Experience working with Clarivate's Patent Intelligence products What will you be doing in this role? • Prepare and conduct advanced, customized product demonstrations to customers that effectively showcase product capabilities • Lead customer meetings to gain a deep understanding of their needs and objectives to provide tailored product recommendations • Create highly customized proposals, including customer education materials and detailed implementation plans • Provide advanced technical and operational support during the sales process, addressing complex customer concerns and questions • Update and manage records related to customer interactions, feedback, and project statuses • Work closely with sales and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and sales strategies • Use your advanced product and/or business expertise to provide strategic insights to support the sales process and ensure alignment with business objectives About the Team: The Technical Solution Consultants are positioned within the PISA product development team and are closely aligned with the sales and revenue organization, with strong focus on revenue retention, customer satisfaction, product usage and new sales. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Education, you will join a team of 9 very experienced colleagues located in the Americas and Europe.
