SAP Software Solutions is hiring a Technical Service Manager to join our Enterprise Cloud Services team. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, analyzing customer business requirements and providing quality services to resolve technical complexities throughout their cloud transformation journey. You will directly support SAP's global strategy by enabling customers with their SAP S/4HANA adoption.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for customers for technology discussions and act as an escalation point for technical issues.
- Understand customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions and services.
- Identify and position offerings by SAP Enterprise Cloud Services that deliver value to the customer.
- Offer comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology, and tools.
- Understand SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies.
- Identify top issues, define service plans, and drive implementation of action items across customer landscapes.
- Design optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management.
- Solid know-how on SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial).
- Analytical, solution-oriented approach and experience working with cross-cultural teams.
- Strong experience in SAP Technical Administration Background (Preferably in SAP Basis) with knowledge & experience on Administration and Operations of SAP solutions.
- Strong experience in a customer-facing role with excellent command of de-escalating critical situations.
- Hands-on experience with working knowledge of Unix/Linux flavors.
- Hands-on experience with working knowledge of SAP HANA and Sybase databases.
- Advanced/fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Hyperscalers certification (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience and knowledge in SAP NetWeaver Administration, migration, and upgrades.
- Understanding of various SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios of SAP systems with BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.
- Spanish language skills.
