Requirements
- 4+ years of experience recruiting engineers in fast-growing tech companies
- Proven success hiring for difficult, competitive, or highly technical roles
- Strong sourcing chops. You enjoy the hunt and don’t wait for inbound
- High technical curiosity. You don’t need to code, but you can hold your own with engineers
- Startup or high-growth experience where speed and quality both matter
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. You can push back when needed and drive alignment
- Clear, direct communicator who values quality and follow-through
- A bias for action, ownership, and results

- Experience recruiting for infrastructure, platform, data, or backend-heavy teams
