Responsibilities
- Handle multiple job openings in Engineering, IT, and Product Development, ensuring a smooth and efficient end-to-end hiring process.
- Lead the complete recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer management, evaluating both technical skills and cultural alignment.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, executives, and HR partners, providing expert guidance on technology talent acquisition and aligning hiring strategies with organizational goals.
- Use recruiting data and performance metrics to monitor progress, provide regular feedback to stakeholders, and suggest ways to improve hiring outcomes.
- Represent the organization positively to applicants and internal teams, ensuring a consistent and professional candidate experience.
