Curriculum Associates is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Temp - Per Diem) to join our team. You will support the full life-cycle recruiting process for technology roles, acting as a strategic partner to the business. What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of requisitions across Engineering, IT, and Product Development, ensuring an efficient end-to-end recruiting process.
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination, while assessing candidates for functional and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR business partners as a subject matter expert in technology hiring.
- Leverage data and recruiting metrics to track progress, share insights, and recommend improvements to recruiting effectiveness.
- Act as an ambassador for Curriculum Associates to both candidates and hiring teams, delivering a positive and consistent recruiting experience.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience recruiting technical roles in a fast-paced corporate environment or agency setting.
- Strong relationship-management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with business leaders.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing passive technical and product talent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven success building and delivering talent pipelines for technology business groups.
- Strong assessment capabilities, including evaluating technical qualifications and cultural alignment, and advising hiring managers.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to inform strategy.
- Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Workday ATS experience strongly preferred.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $50/hour
- Temporary and per diem employees averaging at least 30 hours per week may become eligible for medical coverage after a waiting period.
- Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays.
- All temporary and per-diem employees are eligible for accrued sick time.
