Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help connect exceptional technical professionals with high-impact opportunities at innovative startups across the US and EU. In this remote position, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles, working closely with technical leaders to understand requirements, identify top-tier talent, and guide candidates through rigorous evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified technical candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow, along with advanced Boolean and X-ray search techniques
- Develop sustainable talent pipelines across key domains including frontend, backend, full-stack, AI/ML, data engineering, and DevOps
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with engineering best practices
- Review code repositories, technical portfolios, and project documentation to assess real-world capabilities
- Coordinate coding assessments, take-home assignments, and live technical interviews with distributed teams
- Deliver structured, actionable feedback to hiring managers based on technical evaluations
- Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to refine role criteria and sourcing strategies
- Prepare candidates for technical interview stages, ensuring clarity on expectations and format
- Support employer branding by engaging with developer communities, universities, and training programs
- Track and analyze sourcing performance and pipeline health to improve recruitment efficiency
- Stay current with evolving technologies and shifts in the technical talent landscape
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role open to candidates in the Philippines, LATAM, South Africa, Kenya, and other eligible remote regions. Candidates must be able to align with US time zones as needed.
