1–3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or technology talent acquisition
Demonstrated track record sourcing candidates for software engineering, data, AI, or infrastructure positions
Familiarity with software development principles, programming languages, and technology stacks
Experience conducting technical phone screens and coordinating skill assessments
Full lifecycle recruitment experience, from sourcing to offer negotiation
Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities
Proven ability to operate independently in a remote work setting
Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-up on tasks and communications

Recruitment experience in specialized technical areas such as AI/ML, data engineering, DevOps, or mobile development
Prior experience supporting startups or fast-growing technology organizations
Background in agency-based recruitment
Personal technical experience or formal education in a technology field
Experience hiring for senior or leadership technical positions
Exposure to international or cross-border hiring processes
