Luxury Presence seeks a contract Technical Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition efforts. You will play a key role in sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates as we grow our team.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions
- Source and engage passive talent across multiple channels
- Screen and qualify candidates, ensuring a strong fit for role requirements
- Coordinate interviews and provide a streamlined candidate experience
- Maintain accurate data and reports in our applicant tracking system
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and refine hiring profiles
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a contract capacity
- Demonstrated ability to source and close candidates for technical roles
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and market trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Work Mode
This is a fully remote contract position. The role is open to candidates based anywhere in the United States.
