About the Role

Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for technical roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offer stage
- Build and maintain relationships with engineering managers
- Screen resumes and assess technical qualifications
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluations
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring teams
- Track candidate progress through the hiring pipeline
- Ensure timely communication with applicants
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Partner with HR on offer negotiation and onboarding
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Use data to improve recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the process
- Collaborate on employer branding efforts
- Stay current on technical roles and industry trends
- Evaluate recruitment metrics and reporting
- Assist with campus and early-career recruitment
