Shae Group is hiring a Technical Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities to own and deliver AI-first projects end-to-end. You will translate clinical and market goals into shippable requirements, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage AI-first projects from scope through launch and iteration, acting as a hands-on business analyst.
- Own delivery leadership including scope, schedule, budget, RAID logs, standups, and stakeholder updates.
- Elicit and document requirements through epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Ensure quality and readiness via UAT plans, test coordination, cut-over runbooks, KPI tracking, and retrospectives.
- Define project operations and governance including RACI matrices, change control, documentation, and risk checklists.
- Automate PM overhead by standing up dashboards, templates, and AI tools to improve signal.
- Demonstrate exceptional time efficiency and task prioritization using tools like Basecamp, Slack, and instant messaging.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years of Technical Project Management or Project Management experience.
- A proven Business Analysis toolkit.
- Experience shipping cloud and AI features.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Fluency with project management tools (Basecamp, Jira/Linear, Notion, ClickUp, Sheets, Loom).
- 3+ years proof of fast-paced project management with multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects.
- A track record of delivering over 90% of projects within the projected timeline.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in clinical, health, or regulated data environments.
- Familiarity with automated KPI dashboards or AI tools supporting project management workflows.
