iRhythm Technologies is hiring a Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure) to guide and organize project management for the Software Systems Development team. In this hands-on role, you will develop cross-functional delivery plans for SaaS-based medical device solutions by working closely with infrastructure teams and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Develop cross-functional delivery plans aligned with infrastructure teams and business stakeholders.
- Schedule realistic, attainable dates for infrastructure project changes.
- Define project scope and manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify risks and work with teams to develop mitigation plans.
- Provide status reporting to stakeholders.
- Manage large projects with complex timelines.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders on multiple projects simultaneously.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.
- Full SDLC experience.
- Strong technical background overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and completion of technical and infrastructure projects.
- Cross-team collaboration experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects coordinating with different stakeholders simultaneously.
- Clear understanding of infrastructure projects and how changes impact various environments or workflows.
- Ability to communicate and strategize with other stakeholding teams on infrastructure-based rollouts and timelines.
Nice to Have
- PMP certification or Six Sigma certification.
- Agile or SAFe certification.
- Prior AWS Infrastructure project implementation experience, including security updates.
- Tool platform migration experience (e.g., Jenkins to GitLab, Bamboo to Azure DevOps).

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $112,000 - $145,000
