Resilience is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the planning and execution of critical technical projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the defined quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for complex technical initiatives, from conception to delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate tasks and dependencies across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Track project performance against key metrics and milestones.
- Proactively identify risks and blockers, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder communication and status reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on technical project management experience in a software development environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. The role requires discipline, clear communication, and comfort working asynchronously.
