Prelim is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Implementation team and lead banks through their digital transformation journey. You will manage multiple high-stakes deployments simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure banking clients successfully launch their projects on time.

What You'll Do

Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines, tracking dependencies and risks while driving projects to on-time completion
Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite executives to operations staff, handling difficult conversations and managing expectations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Associates, engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution and post-launch transitions
Translate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while protecting your implementation team from scope creep
Jump in to help with hands-on configuration and debugging when needed, keeping projects moving forward during resource constraints
Document solutions and identify process improvements to enhance future deployments and team efficiency
Escalate strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed to unblock critical issues
