About the Role
Drive execution of technical initiatives by managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-team alignment for critical projects. Serve as a bridge between engineering, product, and external partners to ensure program success in a dynamic operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate development timelines across multiple engineering teams
- Track progress of technical milestones and deliverables
- Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop and maintain program schedules and roadmaps
- Lead regular program reviews with leadership
- Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Support integration of new technologies into existing systems
- Manage documentation for program planning and execution
- Work closely with hardware and software teams on system integration
- Oversee testing and validation phases
- Coordinate with external partners and suppliers
- Translate technical requirements into actionable plans
- Drive accountability across project teams
- Optimize resource allocation for program efficiency
- Support rapid iteration in response to operational feedback
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in engineering or technical management
- Program management certification such as PMP or SAFe
- Experience in autonomous systems or robotics
- Background in artificial intelligence or machine learning systems
- Prior work in government or defense technology programs
- Familiarity with export controls and ITAR regulations
- Track record delivering large-scale technical programs
- Experience managing international partnerships
