About the Role

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated technology programs. Work closely with engineering teams to define roadmaps, track progress, and resolve dependencies across hardware and software development cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives within tight timelines
  • Coordinate between software, hardware, and field operations teams
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, risk registers, and status reports
  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and cross-team standups
  • Translate system requirements into actionable development tasks
  • Track key performance metrics and escalate blockers proactively
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
  • Lead integration and testing phases for field-deployable systems
  • Support proposal development and technical scoping for new projects
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management practices
  • Maintain documentation for system architecture and deployment workflows
  • Coordinate with external partners and government stakeholders
  • Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning
  • Manage change control processes for evolving system requirements
  • Ensure alignment with long-term product evolution goals
  • Lead post-mortem analyses and lessons learned sessions
  • Support certification and accreditation efforts
  • Monitor budget adherence across program phases
  • Drive adoption of agile methodologies in hardware development
  • Serve as primary point of contact for cross-functional updates

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in a technical or management discipline
  • PMP or SAFe certification
  • Direct experience in defense technology programs
  • Familiarity with government contracting processes
  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems
  • Background in AI/ML deployment at scale
