About the Role
Drive end-to-end execution of technical programs from concept through deployment. Interface with engineering, hardware, software, and field teams to align on goals, resolve blockers, and maintain schedule integrity. Ensure clear communication, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of integrated systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of multidisciplinary technical programs
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to align deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones
- Track program progress and communicate status to stakeholders
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and critical path items
- Facilitate technical decision-making across teams
- Ensure requirements are defined, tracked, and met
- Support integration and testing of complex hardware and software systems
- Work closely with systems engineers to define architecture and interfaces
- Manage change control processes for technical baselines
- Drive resolution of cross-team blockers and schedule conflicts
- Maintain documentation for program reviews and audits
- Support procurement and vendor coordination for subsystems
- Lead program-level meetings and technical reviews
- Translate high-level objectives into actionable plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations
- Collaborate with field teams on deployment and sustainment planning
- Optimize processes for scalability and efficiency
- Support budget planning and forecasting activities
- Serve as primary point of contact for program coordination
- Promote a culture of accountability and technical excellence
- Integrate feedback from testing and operations into program adjustments
- Work in fast-paced environment with evolving technical requirements
- Adapt plans in response to technical or operational changes
- Ensure alignment between technical execution and strategic goals
