Scalepex is seeking a Technical Product Owner to play a central role in our expansion and in the delivery of digital products for a major brand. You will craft and manage product roadmaps from strategic planning to optimization, working closely with a cross-discipline team to bring new digital capabilities to life.
What You'll Do
- Craft and manage roadmaps for a range of digital products, from strategic planning to optimization activities.
- Work with a cross-discipline team of design, content, development, and optimization on product development.
- Define product visions, business cases, create high-level user stories, and prioritize tasks.
- Work closely with business partners to plan and prioritize business initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Build and support business cases for developing new digital capabilities.
- Evaluate sprints to ensure business benefits are delivered and take action if not.
- Coach product managers, offering continual support and feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering digital products in an agile environment.
- A user-centered approach balancing business needs with learning from users.
- Ability to clearly articulate what you're doing and why it's valuable to customers and business.
- Well-versed in product strategy techniques (prioritization, backlog management, writing product visions).
- Willingness to try out new methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting, guiding, and/or line managing other product managers.
