Jobgether is hiring a Project Manager to join the Synergy team. In this remote role, you will oversee complex technical integration projects and ensure smooth, high-quality deployment of systems across multiple regions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute activities that align with strategic objectives and customer expectations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage integration projects and programs within the scope of new product development.
- Define project objectives by reviewing proposals, business plans, and collaborating with senior team members and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain project schedules by analyzing plans, estimating time requirements, and sequencing tasks.
- Monitor project progress, coordinate activities, and resolve risks or obstacles to maintain timeline and quality.
- Determine project responsibilities, allocate resources, and ensure appropriate documentation of design history files and scope changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve project governance and design control processes to accelerate delivery.
- Monitor resource capacity across development and cross-functional teams, communicating constraints to leadership.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure resource availability and alignment with strategic plans and downstream dependencies.
- Communicate project, program, and portfolio status using relevant metrics and performance indicators.
- Travel up to 50 percent to support implementation, site assessments, and end-user training.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Formal project management training.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Strong ability to communicate project planning requirements, including tasks, timelines, and resource needs.
- Excellent strategic thinking, collaboration abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance business and technical risks while ensuring compliance with internal systems and procedures.
- Understanding of full project life cycle execution and product maintenance.
- Strong communication skills and accountability for deliverable timing and budget adherence.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams independently.
- Demonstrated initiative, quick learning capacity, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, electrical, or mechanical fields.
- Familiarity with integrated operating room technologies, hospital protocols, PHI, and FDA guidelines.
- Experience with project management tools such as Workfront.
