Chime is looking for a Technical Product Owner (Data Platforms) to drive a strategic data transformation program for a global healthcare client. In this 100% remote role, you will unify complex data ecosystems to enable better clinical and operational insights, transforming fragmented medical data into a cohesive, scalable platform.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve the product roadmap, aligning it with business strategy and customer needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure continuous value delivery.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, QA, and Governance teams across the full product lifecycle.
- Drive data-driven product decisions using analytics and stakeholder insights.
- Ensure alignment with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Apply Agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban) using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in clear business language.
- Stay current with AI, data, and healthcare technology trends.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner.
- Strong experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience working with data products or platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure Data Lake.
- Experience with data modeling, APIs, and data integration.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Positive, proactive attitude in fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
- SQL experience and STLC exposure.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts or data science tools.
