In this role, you'll focus on implementing roadmaps for business process and data analysis, diagnosing gaps, defining requirements, applying best practices, and contributing to project planning. You'll handle higher scale and complexity and be proactive in client interactions.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end backlog, requirements, and delivery.
- Translate complex business problems into clear requirements and user stories.
- Defend data, explain logic, and guide conversations with demanding client stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Owner managing end-to-end backlog, requirements, and delivery.
- Strong communication and client-facing stakeholder management skills.
- Healthcare domain experience with clinical data.
- Hands-on HEDIS exposure including measure logic, data flows, compliance, and root-cause analysis.
- Solid SQL skills to validate data mapping across multiple tables, perform RCA on data issues, and support analytics.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AI, Data, or Analytics projects (AI tools, Copilot, automation, or ML-assisted workflows).
- Prior experience with NCQA or CMS reporting and audits.
- Working knowledge of cloud data platforms supporting HEDIS.

- Compensation range: $60,000 to $135,000.
