What You'll Do
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand priorities, define requirements, and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure efficient delivery and alignment with project milestones.
- Partner with Salesforce technical leads to design end-to-end solutions that comply with architecture standards and best practices.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release preparation activities.
- Analyze, refine, and publish best practices, methodologies, and processes across Salesforce platforms.
- Validate user stories, support testing, and participate throughout the delivery cycle.
- Contribute to project planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Support business leaders in delivering new products, processes, features, and system enhancements.
- Maintain documentation and support governance processes to ensure compliance.
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training.
- Drive adoption of new features and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor solution performance and collaborate to optimize workflows and maximize platform value.
- Evolve and enrich the internal knowledge base.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of project management experience, having managed complex, large-scale deployments.
- Excellent project management skills to identify and manage risks and issues.
- Ability to communicate authentically and professionally, with strong presentation and communication skills.
- High motivation and a proactive, creative approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and project management documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective prioritization.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, develop insights, and implement initiatives.
- Previous experience delivering a program or integrated risk management solution.
- Autonomy and a strong ability to drive and adapt to change.
- Ability to motivate others, foster teamwork, and bring out the value in employees.
- Experience managing budgets and providing advice to others on cost control.
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions based in Québec.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing.
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
