Ionic Partners is hiring a Technical Product Manager to drive the vision and roadmap for our Sparkrock Ed-HRP product. You will translate market needs into actionable plans and work closely with engineering to deliver value.
What You'll Do
- Define and communicate product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Sparkrock Ed-HRP
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed product specifications
- Prioritize feature development and manage the product backlog
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product decisions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager for technical or enterprise software products
- Strong ability to understand complex technical systems and communicate with engineers
- Experience creating roadmaps, writing user stories, and managing backlogs
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and drive projects in a remote setting
Benefits & Compensation
- OTE: $70,000/year USD
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be located in one of the following regions: Argentina, Brazil, Romania, Poland, Prague, Ahmedabad, or Mexico City.
