As a Technical Product Manager at ARISE GmbH, you will lead complex IT infrastructure projects with a focus on digital infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. You will manage the full product lifecycle, collaborate with engineering and security teams, and act as a trusted point of contact for clients in hybrid or on-site settings.
What You'll Do
- Work as a Technical Product Manager on complex IT infrastructure projects
- Support customers in designing digital systems that are stable, secure, and scalable
- Contribute to the design and continuous development of infrastructure-related products and services in areas such as cloud, platform engineering, or on-premise infrastructures
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and backlog maintenance to prioritization, implementation, and release support
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure technical and business requirements are clearly defined and successfully implemented
- Support the creation and maintenance of roadmaps, user stories, and technical specifications
- Ensure deliverables are implemented to a high standard of quality
- Contribute experience in cloud-native and hybrid environments to continuously optimize products and services
- Work closely with customers remotely, in hybrid settings, or on site, acting as a reliable point of contact in day-to-day project work
- Maintain a network of technology and service partners and help integrate proven standards and new solutions into projects
