Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary Kft. is hiring a Technical Process Specialist (REF4994Z) to plan and implement processes within specific business areas to increase service efficiency. You will coordinate technical implementation and produce key reports for service activities.
What You'll Do
- Plan and implement processes within certain business areas to increase the efficiency of the service activity.
- Coordinate the technical implementation of the process for the given service units.
- Design and produce process-specific internal and external reports related to service activities.
- Integrate and configure network elements (e.g., OTN-XC) into the network management system.
- Commission XC and transport links.
- Configure and commission service links.
What We're Looking For
- Technical understanding of WDM/OTN technology.
- Knowledge of deployment processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Nokia OTN technology and network management systems.
- Basic knowledge of OTN technology and network management systems from other suppliers.
- German language skills at B2 level.
