What You'll Do
Oversee the full lifecycle of technical fitout initiatives for a data centre campus in Chon Buri, Thailand, with a focus on networking, cabling, and extra low voltage systems. Serve as a key technical liaison for regional project leadership and support on-site execution across multiple workstreams.
Collaborate closely with engineering, IT operations, and construction teams to align project priorities and ensure seamless deployment. Facilitate weekly coordination meetings with general contractors, architects, and telecom vendors to track progress and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Manage procurement timelines, material deliveries, and storage logistics for owner-supplied components critical to data centre commissioning. Conduct regular site inspections, maintain punch lists, and verify contractor deliverables against project specifications.
Monitor key milestones from initiation through handover, ensuring all work meets quality standards and safety protocols. Escalate technical challenges when necessary and support approval workflows to maintain project momentum.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project delivery, including scoping, procurement, execution, and closeout
- Proven expertise in data centre network infrastructure, including installation, commissioning, and project management processes
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and compliance with local and international standards
- Fluency in both English and Thai required for effective communication across teams
- Ability to coordinate complex technical workflows and act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated capability to lead on-site activities and manage multiple contractors simultaneously
