Spherica Business Solutions Ltd is looking for a Technical Operations Engineer (3rd Line) to support the day-to-day management of Infrastructure, Network, and Security. As part of our automation-first IT Managed Service Provider, you will be integral to a 24/7 operational team ensuring uninterrupted support and maintaining strong client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day tasks across Infrastructure, Network, and Security management.
- Provide uninterrupted support and coverage as part of a 24/7 operational team.
- Oversee processes and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Adhere to best practices to ensure the reliability and security of customer technical operations.
What We're Looking For
- A strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Security principles and best practices.
- Proficient knowledge of routing and switching and WAN/LAN technologies.
- Proficient knowledge of firewall solutions, both physical and virtual.
- Strong knowledge of Fortinet SDWAN, Firewall Switch technologies, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi.
- Experience operating and maintaining IT Security controls related to SIEM, DLP, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Endpoint Protection.

- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
