Sopra Steria is hiring a Technical Lead to focus on C++ and QT/QML development for HMI applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing robust technical solutions, leading development squads, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C++ applications and QML for HMI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, develop, and ship new features.
- Debug and optimize existing code to improve performance and reliability.
- Implement best practices for software development, including conducting code reviews and writing unit tests.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in C++ and related technologies.
- Technically lead squads across different modules and take ownership of team deliveries.
What We're Looking For
- A B.Tech, B.E, or M.C.A. degree.
- 6-8 years of rich experience in C++ programming.
- Proven experience in designing technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience in both frontend (QT/QML) and backend (C++) development.
