InfoCentric is looking for a Technical Lead / Senior Data Engineer to take on a high-impact leadership role. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering modern, enterprise-scale data platforms for our clients, leading architecture decisions, guiding engineering teams, and partnering closely with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable cloud solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and cost-effective data platforms on Microsoft Azure.
Architect and orchestrate robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Design and optimise enterprise-grade data models in Snowflake.
Implement transformation and analytics engineering frameworks using dbt.
Drive large-scale data transformation programs across multi-source, high-volume environments.
Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and uplift delivery capability.
Engage directly with client stakeholders to shape solution architecture and ensure successful outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Several years of experience in data engineering, ideally within consulting or professional services.
Proven experience leading and delivering large-scale enterprise data programs.
Deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure data services (Data Lake, Synapse, Azure SQL).
Deep hands-on expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Deep hands-on expertise in Snowflake.
Deep hands-on expertise in dbt.
Advanced SQL skills and strong data modelling expertise (dimensional modelling, ELT patterns).
Experience designing and implementing cloud-native data architectures.
Experience implementing data quality, lineage, and governance frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership capability across multi-stakeholder delivery environments.

Nice to Have

Experience with a consulting background.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience contributing to solution architecture and technical design documentation.
