3Pillar is looking for a Technical Lead – iOS to take on a leadership role within our mobile engineering efforts. You will be responsible for guiding iOS development and ensuring technical excellence.

What You'll Do

Lead iOS application development from concept through delivery and maintenance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers on the team.
Design robust, scalable, and maintainable software architectures.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define and deliver product features.
Establish and advocate for engineering best practices and coding standards.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience leading iOS development teams and projects.
Deep expertise in Swift and the iOS SDK.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and mobile architecture principles.
Ability to make critical technical decisions and communicate them effectively.
Experience with the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
