Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Over a decade of hands-on involvement in data migration efforts within complex ERP environments, particularly in mergers and acquisitions settings.
- Minimum of seven years of direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including in-depth understanding of data models and entities.
- Extensive background in SQL, with more than ten years of experience writing queries, scripts, and stored procedures.
- Ten or more years of experience performing data analysis, executing data conversions, defining source-to-target mappings, testing, and providing operational support.
- Advanced SQL skills encompassing query optimization, scripting, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience with ETL tools and ERP migration platforms such as Azure Data Factory, DMF/DIXF, KingswaySoft (SSIS), eOne SmartConnect, TIBCO Scribe, or similar solutions.
- Strong capabilities in analyzing and transforming data using SQL, Excel, and ETL technologies.
- Experience handling multicurrency financial data, including general ledger configurations, historical exchange rates, and reconciliation processes.
- Expertise in mapping and reconciling financial transactions across currencies, managing exchange rate history, and ensuring ledger accuracy and consistency.
- Track record of managing, mentoring, and guiding technical and functional data migration teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Proven success working in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments typical of mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, including participation in meetings, workshops, and documentation of requirements and designs.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to assess complex datasets, resolve discrepancies, and convert data findings into practical business insights.
- Adaptability and initiative in rapidly changing, high-pressure environments.
- Solid business understanding with awareness of how data migration affects financial and operational performance.
