Bell Canada Enterprises is hiring a Technical Director – Managed Services Integration to provide pivotal leadership within our Managed Services domain. You will act as a visionary architect and reliability guardian for strategic clients’ technological landscapes, ensuring seamless integration and impeccable performance of managed services.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in managing complex solutions, steering guidance during critical customer incidents.
- Participate in customer architecture committees to advocate for solution resiliency and reliability.
- Respond and provide leadership 24/7 for critical incidents and guide the team towards swift resolution.
- Conduct architectural assessments and identify operational risks to secure the best end-to-end customer experience.
- Collaborate on multifaceted technical projects, contributing to risk assessment and championing execution and success.
- Be available for critical project milestones and decisions 24/7 to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and present executive-level presentations to customers on technology solution integration risks and strategic solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Completion of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, network engineering or a closely related field.
- Over 10 years of experience spearheading technology solution architecture and engineering within large enterprise settings.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity, managing teams of architects and engineering leaders.
- Demonstrated prowess in Managed Services, SDWAN, Cloud, and complex solution integration.
- Expertise in enterprise/technology architecture strategy, product solution integration, and the establishment of operating standards.
- Proven experience in leading large IT updates or changes and integrating complex solutions.
- Sound proficiency and understanding of ITIL and ITSM standards and methods.
- Proven capability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to engage and secure executive buy-in.
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
