PulsePoint is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to manage web application projects for multiple business lines. You will coordinate technical leads, internal clients, developers, external vendors, and cross-disciplinary IT team members from scoping through implementation.
What You'll Do
- Manage project scopes, timelines, resources, deployments, and business/technical relationships.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams.
- Ensure project dependencies, milestones, deliverables, and status are clearly communicated and understood.
- Identify and manage risks to the success of projects and know when and how to escalate.
- Coordinate and conduct regular, effective meetings to review status, resolve issues, and address risks.
- Ensure project teams are following agreed-to processes.
- Manage project change requests.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of project or delivery management experience, working with geographically distributed development teams.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the development processes and full SDLC.
- Process improvement experience through Agile Practices.
- Proven experience with project management tracking/reporting tools like JIRA/Confluence or Smartsheet.
- Understanding of web technologies to effectively manage risk and complexities.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or project streams under a large program.
- Experience managing project dependencies and blocker issues, developing risk mitigation plans, and escalating when required.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects from inception to completion, and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with resources in multiple locations and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- BA or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- PMI certification such as PSM, CSM, or PMP.
- Lean Six Sigma trainings.
