Responsibilities
- Design and refine advanced SQL queries involving nested joins, temporary tables, aggregations, window functions, and common table expressions
- Detect trends and connections to assess, sustain, and enhance data integrity across diverse platforms and data inputs
- Carry out root cause and impact assessments to pinpoint data quality discrepancies and communicate results to relevant parties
- Produce scalable, reusable, and high-performance SQL code independently while following established best practices
- Build and manage analytical reports and interactive dashboards for business users using current business intelligence platforms
- Execute data profiling and validation procedures to ensure reliable data for downstream applications
- Review SQL and data scripts through structured code reviews, offering actionable feedback to maintain standards
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams such as data engineering, product, and analytics in an Agile/Scrum framework
