AIRS Medical Inc is hiring a Technical Customer Success Manager to provide IT and technical support for the introduction and operation of SwiftMR, our flagship AI-powered, cloud-based MRI image processing solution. You will be the key technical liaison ensuring smooth system operation and maximizing satisfaction for our healthcare institution customers.
What You'll Do
- Support new system implementations and initial setup, collaborating with Clinical CSMs to resolve technical issues remotely or on-site.
- Perform medical device integration setup, including DICOM configuration and communication tests with MRI and PACS systems.
- Provide customer support and troubleshooting for safe, reliable cloud-based product performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact during incidents, delivering rapid problem resolution via remote support.
- Troubleshoot complex issues using specialized knowledge of TCP/IP, DICOM, network, and data transfer protocols.
- Create and update implementation processes and troubleshooting guides to empower customers.
- Provide technical consulting on optimal system configurations and operational methods tailored to customer environments.
- Collaborate with Customer Success members domestically and internationally to share best practices and build global technical expertise.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and other networking concepts.
- Knowledge or experience with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) or DICOM (training available after joining).
Nice to Have
- Intermediate-level knowledge of virtual environments (VM/VMware), VPN, cloud-based operation management, and Firewall.
- Experience or understanding of radiology department operations, RIS, hospital workflows, or the medical device industry.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Experience providing technical support through smooth communication with hospital staff and vendors.
- A self-motivated, adaptable approach suited for a startup, with a willingness to propose and implement process improvements.
