Egis Group is looking for a Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of a Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reduction Program, with a primary focus on the Infield Central Plant (ICP) and EV Charging sub-programs. You will coordinate multidisciplinary technical inputs, track deliverables, and facilitate stakeholder interface management to ensure high-quality and timely project execution.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate technical tasks and deliverables across disciplines including civil, electrical, structural, compliances, and sustainability.
- Support EV Charging infrastructure design for eGSE charging, charging pods, DC fast-charging hubs, and Light Duty fleet charging.
- Coordinate ICP/GHG sub-program engineering documentation such as technical notes, design basis, and supporting studies.
- Manage technical interfaces with client and project stakeholders, and support responses to comments, RFIs, and design reviews.
- Maintain project tracking tools including deliverables register, action log, and issues/risk log.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and produce technical status updates.
- Ensure document quality, version control, proper filing (SharePoint/Teams), and participate in BIM/drawings review.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related).
- Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in technical coordination and delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software such as MS Project and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with sustainability and greenhouse gas reduction initiatives.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to prepare technical reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
Nice to Have
- An Electrical engineering degree is preferred.
- Professional certification or eligibility for certification (P. Eng., PMP) is an asset.
- Experience in aviation or electrification projects is preferred.
