About the Role
The role involves delivering technical implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central, including customization, data migration, and integration with external systems, while working closely with functional teams and clients to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions within Dynamics 365 Business Central environments
- Develop custom code extensions following Microsoft standards
- Configure ERP modules based on client business processes
- Integrate Business Central with third-party systems using APIs and middleware
- Support data migration activities from legacy systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical designs
- Participate in testing phases including unit and integration testing
- Document technical specifications and solution designs
- Provide post-implementation technical support as needed
- Stay current with updates and new features in the Dynamics 365 platform
- Assist in defining project technical scope and timelines
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies
- Optimize system performance and database interactions
- Support deployment processes across development, test, and production environments
