Cognizant is hiring a Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our InsuranceNow Production Support squad. In this embedded, full-time role, you will act as the primary BSA for run and support work, providing hands-on technical analysis for production incidents and defects.
What You'll Do
- Triage and analyze production incidents and defects.
- Partner with business BAs to verify impact, urgency, and priority of issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and document functional and technical findings.
- Validate edge cases, downstream impacts, and regression risks.
- Refine and clarify acceptance criteria for production fixes.
- Ensure tickets are well-defined, testable, and ready for development.
- Translate production issues into clear, actionable technical stories.
- Support QA validation and help confirm fixes meet business expectations.
- Identify patterns in production issues and proactively recommend improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Deep Guidewire InsuranceNow experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with business-facing BAs, product owners, and engineering leads.
