Responsibilities
- Assist in measuring and learning from digital health projects.
- Contribute to data integration, monitoring, analysis, reporting, and learning across various initiatives.
- Aid the Senior Program Manager in gathering, cleaning, merging, and analyzing program data from multiple sources.
- Create clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations to showcase progress and generate actionable insights.
- Help interpret findings and identify trends to inform program adjustments and future planning.
- Support data merging, collection, cleaning, and quality assurance processes.
- Develop tools, dashboards, and reports for tracking indicators.
- Participate in evaluations, operational research, and learning activities.
- Support accurate and well-documented data reporting for donors and internal stakeholders.
- Manage program data across various sources.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in public health, Statistics, Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, program evaluation, or applied research.
- Proven ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data from diverse sources.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations for program data monitoring and evaluation.
- Skilled in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets for accuracy and usability.
- Proficient in statistical methods, qualitative coding, and mixed-methods evaluation.
- Ability to translate complex findings into clear, compelling dashboards and reports.
- Strong skills in presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, R, Python, Stata, SAS, NVivo, Dedoose, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Ability to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for program adjustments.
Nice to Have
- Training or certification in program evaluation, data analytics, or monitoring & evaluation (M&E).
- Background in digital health initiatives or healthcare program evaluation.

- This position is contingent upon state funding currently confirmed through 2030, and salary offers may vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
