CrowdStrike is seeking a Technical Account Manager - Tech Touch to act as a trusted technical partner and advisor for our strategic customers. You will build strong relationships and provide expert guidance to ensure the long-term security and success of their environments by collaborating closely with Security, Product, and IT teams.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary technical contact and augment customer support teams.
- Participate in the customer onboarding process.
- Perform quarterly health checks and business reviews.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to answer inquiries and handle case escalations.
- Escalate critical customer issues to management when appropriate.
- Leverage internal technical expertise to provide effective solutions.
- Utilize knowledge content and systems to build product expertise.
- Share technical best practices and learn about new technologies with your team.
- Manage renewal risk and collaborate with sales teams for successful renewals and upsells.
- Identify renewal risks and work with internal teams to remediate them.
- Drive support cases to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
- Experience working with Windows Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and modern infrastructures.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative attitude and a commitment to customer success.
